I know from the perspective of families being able to work up until 25 will be reassuring
for them because I know the transition as they come to Year 6, parents become very anxious

more structured way and a much more comfortable way for the young person.

Everybody's voice gets heard and everybody gets the same formality, same problem solving
approach and then the plan is put into place with the provision for that need..
