The Village Design Guide is a way of
capturing what is unique and the character of a village, so that we can
then put that forward and use that idea in designing high quality new homes in
those villages. So, time to have your say, comment, like it, want to make changes,
this is the time to do that. We are listening. The actual document itself can
be used by designers and developers and planners when they're making planning
decisions. They can use that as a document, it becomes a legal document.
We're open to consultation and we will be holding consultation open mornings in
the Village Hall. The process has been very good. It came just at the right time
for the village and I hope it will help us in the future..
